
Meet Spandana!
Spandana (pronounced spawn-DAH-nuh) earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Psychology from UT Dallas before completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UT Tyler. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
Spandana brings extensive experience working in higher levels of care, including inpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and residential treatment settings. She is especially passionate about helping individuals navigate obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and the lasting effects of trauma. To best support her clients, she is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
She primarily works with adolescents (ages 11 and older) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and eating disorders. Spandana is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they work toward healing and lasting change.
