Meet Holly!
It may be your first time seeking counseling, or it may be time to revisit some areas you’ve sought counseling for in the past. I want you to know, we all experience different seasons and struggles throughout our lives. You are not alone! I’m here to provide a safe environment, earn your trust and encourage transparency. I am here to walk with you through the hills, valleys and in-between. I’m here to support and help you identify your emotions and underlying needs to foster personal growth as an individual, spouse, friend or partner. I believe your relationship with yourself is a great place to start!
Holly Jule (pronounced ha-lee-hoo-lay) is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (TX#88929) in the State of Texas under the supervision of Rhonda Gist, LPC-S (TX#18816). Holly enjoys coming alongside adults, couples and teens dealing with a variety of mental health issues. She works with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, past trauma and grief. She has over 20 years of experience in providing vocational rehabilitation counseling, specializing in life’s challenges such as job loss, career changes, adjustment to disability or chronic illness, caregiving and work-life balance.
She also has a passion for play therapy and enjoys working with littles ages 4 and up. She appreciates supporting parents in their parenting journey. Some areas of interest are children struggling with behavioral issues, meltdowns, self esteem, and navigating between two homes. Incorporating parenting education and skills are her specialty as her goal is to improve the relationship you have with your child. Holly is a mom of two boys (now young adults) and has years of experience as a preschool teacher. Both of these personal experiences have impacted her passion for play therapy.
