Meet Paxton!
Counseling is sought for a wide variety of reasons. I believe when entering into a counseling relationship it is important to consider the whole person. We are a complex system, meant to run in balance both internally and externally. I aim to create a safe and secure space for you as you take a journey of self-exploration. This environment allows you to increase self-awareness, learn to cope with life stresses, regulate emotions, and practice self-control to combat what life may throw at us. We have the strength and resiliency within us to overcome difficult situations and I intend to support you as you find yours.
